Payments

Payments are made through credit card or direct cash payment processed securely by PayPal. PayPal employ industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools.

They follow up with a confirmation email every time you make a payment.

Your financial information is never divulged to anyone, not even to Making-Mosaics.com.

Shipping

I do not include shipping prices in prices.

You can use the Invoice Me feature when doing your final check out. This way you do not pay until I have confirmed the shipping costs.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. Usually shiped the same day unless it is a custom order, or I ran out of the tiles you selected. If this is the case I will contact you to inform you and give you the date at which your tiles will be completed and shipped.

Shipping Handmade Ceramic Mosaic Tiles

I ship anywhere in the world, if you are out of U.S. you can contact me first for shipping cost.

I do not include shipping prices in my tile prices.

My goal is to supply you with a large selection of unique quality ceramic tiles to use in your mosaic projects.

I use USPS Priority Mail for shipping my tiles and have 3 box sizes, therefore only 3 different shipping prices.

• The Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box which can fit from 1 to 3 sets of tiles, so about 200 tiles.
• The Priority Mail Medium Flat Rate Box which can fit from 4 to 12 sets of tiles, so about 1000 tiles.
• Finally the Priority Mail Large Flat Rate Box which can fit from 13 to 45 sets of tiles, so about 4000 tiles.

However if I am able to fit an order of 4 or 5 sets in the small flat rate box I will reimburse you the difference between the small flat rate cost and the medium flat rate cost.

Shipping Stained Glass Mosaic Coasters

A note on shipping! "The Little Sue" mosaics are made here in Québec, Canada so shipping is done through Canada Post.

All mosaic trivet deliveries to the USA and Canada are made using small packet surface with an estimated time of 4 to 10 days. All international deliveries are made using small packet international air with an estimated delivery time of 6 to 10 days.

If you prefer a quicker shipping method please let me know using the contact us form and I will give you a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you experience a problem with your order please contact me so I can try and correct the issue.

I will work with you to resolve any problems but I do request that you contact me within 3 days of receiving your order. I will do my best to make you happy. Your satisfaction is my main priority!

Custom Orders

If you would like to order a large quanity of anything in my shop just contact me and I will arrange it for you and also try and give you a quantity discount.

Custom orders take between 7 to 15 days to complete, due to the fact that I have to wait for the clay to dry and then do 2 firings.
